Film Commissions e a Indústria de Locações Audiovisuais

With this research concerning the Audio-Visual Locations Industry we tried to understand the logic that drives it and what the role of a film commission is in this scenario. We looked at the current state of film production in Santa Catarina State. We tried to identify the possible implications for the local film industry and the activities of its first film commission, which are soon to happen. In this documented research in books, reports, theses, magazines, newspapers and online, we find that it is urgent that an effective restructuring of the local film activity, which would combine both public and private sectors, so that the local film market has chances to act in the extremely competitive field of Audio-Visual Locations Industry.
